• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
• Data interpretation and quality insights knowledge is an added advantage

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle customer and seller issues through email and chat; phone outreach may also be required
• Resolve operational, technical, product, policy, and account-related concerns
• Support high-value and large sellers with day-to-day issues
• Work within defined SLAs and quality targets
• Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, policy teams, and technical teams
• Coach sellers on best practices and help prevent future account or policy issues
• Handle escalated and complex cases
• Conduct outbound customer outreach through phone or email when required
