*Shift Timings:*
• 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM IST
• 3:30 AM - 11:30 AM IST
• Candidates must be flexible to work in both rotational shifts

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle critical P1 and P2 SAP BASIS production incidents within SLA timelines
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Manage SAP system monitoring, health checks and administration
• Handle transport management, background jobs, spool and printer administration
• Support user and client administration
• Perform kernel upgrades, patching and profile parameter changes
• Monitor performance bottlenecks, short dumps, logs, queues and work processes
• Coordinate with database, infrastructure and cross-functional teams during critical incidents

*Required Skills:*
• 6-8 years of SAP BASIS administration and production support experience
• Strong hands-on experience handling P1/P2 incidents
• SAP NetWeaver
• Transport Management
• Performance Tuning
• Background Job Monitoring
• Short Dumps, Logs and Trace Analysis
• Kernel and Patch Activities
• Incident Management and RCA
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy

*Preferred Skills:*
• SAP HANA / S/4HANA
• SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM
• System Refreshes, Upgrades and Patching
• AWS, Azure or Private Cloud SAP environments
• ITIL Support Processes

*Qualification:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
